Samantha Fisher joins the Red Stars from Notre Dame University. The California native was the 19th overall pick for the club in the 2022 NWSL Draft. Fisher's collegiate accolades include being named to the All-ACC second team, third team and freshman team, as well as being named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Second Team. Fisher played in 91 games and started 84 for Notre Dame, scored 29 goals and assisted on 15 others.
