Jim Allen

Jim Allen is Co-President and Chief Executive Officer of Sloan. Jim is a LEED Accredited Professional and is devoted to helping companies and communities around the world save water. Jim leads Sloan's innovation team as well as the finance function. Along with numerous patents for products Sloan has developed, Jim was also an associate producer on two Grammy nominated Jazz albums - winning 2 Grammy's. It's Jim's ultimate goal to lead Sloan into the new era of no-touch hand hygiene and healthy building environments to help keep people safe.

Graham Allen

Graham is President and CEO of Sloan Valve Company, a 115-year-old family-owned manufacturer of commercial plumbing products located in the Chicago area. Engaged in a co-leadership structure with his two brothers, Graham oversees Sloan’s Supply-Chain and Operations as well as the Human Capital Management processes for Sloan’s global enterprise.  He is active in many business and industry groups, sits on the board of the Wood Family Foundation, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. Graham and his wife Brooke live in Chicago’s northern suburbs with their two young children, Grace and Cooper.

Kirk Allen

Kirk is the co-President and Chief Executive Officer of Sloan Valve Company, a 115-year-old family owned commercial plumbing products manufacturer in Franklin Park, Illinois. Kirk is a member of Young Presidents Organization - Chicago Chapter, as well as Vistage International. Kirk serves on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation - Illinois Chapter, The Water Council, and the Economic Development Commission for the Village of Franklin Park; he is an active member of the Loyola University Family Business Group and served on Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley's Technology Advisory Committee. Kirk is a proud graduate of Arizona State University, husband to Amy Allen, and father to four children.

Bela Bajaria

Bela Bajaria was named Head of Global TV at Netflix in 2020, overseeing all scripted and unscripted series around the world. She leads the team for all of television, responsible for hit series including Bridgerton, The Queen’s Gambit, Lupin and Cobra Kai. Bajaria joined Netflix in November 2016 to oversee Netflix's push into unscripted programming such as the critically acclaimed Queer Eye, Nailed It!, and Tidying Up with Marie Kondo. Previously, Bajaria was President of Universal Television, where she made history as the first woman of color to oversee a studio. 

 

Bajaria has been honored by THR’s Women in Entertainment list, Variety’s LA Women’s Impact Report, and named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in 2020. She currently serves on the LA Board of Governors for the Paley Center and the Board of LA’s Saban Community Clinic (honored with its Lenny Somberg Award in 2018), and the Board of Trustees for Meridian. Bajaria has been honored by the “I Have a Dream” Foundation of LA, The March of Dimes Foundation, and received the Industry Leadership Award from the LA Indian Film Festival.

Jessie Becker

Jessie is the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Impossible Foods where she leads the creative, brand, consumer, retail, foodservice, and insights marketing teams, reporting to Impossible Foods’ CEO and Founder Pat Brown. Becker spent 12 years at Netflix (2000-2012) during a period of breakout growth and international expansion, rising to interim Chief Marketing Officer. She then held the CMO title at Optimizely before becoming a Director of Marketing at YouTube/Google and then moving into her current role.

Nick Coleman is an entertainment lawyer and has represented media companies, sports leagues, and content creators both in front of and behind the camera. Nick is currently a Business & Legal Affairs executive at Netflix, where he is responsible for deal making in connection with the Company's scripted original series programming. A Chicago native, Nick was born and raised in downtown Chicago and now resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.

Josh Dixon

Josh Dixon, a Southern California resident, is an athlete, entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and investor. Originally from Silicon Valley, Dixon garnered athletic success at Stanford University and upon graduation, brought his talents to the US Men’s National Team (gymnastics) through two Olympic cycles.

In addition to his prowess in the athletic arena, Dixon has embarked on a diverse professional career that involves work within the United States Senate with Senator Catherine Cortez Masto, private-sector and family-office operational function, and currently owns and runs his own strategic consulting group

​

Moreover, being adopted into a diverse and tremendously supportive family, Dixon’s perspective enables a strong sense of responsibility to utilize his talents and platforms to be a visible champion and representation on matters of racial/gender equity, LGBTQ inclusion, and has a passionate pursuit of providing scholastic opportunity to young students and student-athletes in his hometown. A United Way Global Ambassador and recipient of the Human Rights Campaign's visibility award, Dixon is honored to be a part of an ownership group that is leveling-up the sports business and women on the field of play.

Channing Dungey

Highly esteemed TV industry leader Channing Dungey was named Chairman, Warner Bros. Television Group, in October 2020, and started her tenure at the Studio in January 2021. In this role, she has creative responsibility for all of Warner Bros.’ unrivaled television production activities, including production of scripted and unscripted/alternative series for on-demand/streaming platforms, premium/pay and basic cable channels, and the broadcast networks. Prior to Warner Bros., Dungey served as Vice President of Original Series at Netflix and President of ABC Entertainment.

 

Dungey, who graduated magna cum laude from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television, has been a visiting professor at the school and serves on the school’s Executive Board. She is also a founding and current board member of Step Up, and a board member of Children’s Institute. Dungey is a Los Angeles member of BAFTA and serves on the Motion Picture & Television Fund Board of Governors.

Aimee Garcia

Aimee Garcia is an award-winning actress, currently starring on Netflix’s hit “Lucifer” and Marvel’s upcoming Hulu series “MODOK” opposite Patton Oswalt. This year, she will executive produce and star in the romantic comedy “Match Me If You Can.” She previously appeared on Showtime’s “Dexter” as “Jamie Batista,” for which she received a SAG Award nomination. Other TV credits include “Trauma” and “The George Lopez Show,” a role that earned her an Impact and Alma Award. In film, Aimee starred in RoboCop, opposite Gary Oldman and Michael Keaton, Spanglish with Adam Sandler and MGM’s The Addams Family with Charlize Theron, Oscar Issac and Chloe Grace Moretz.

 

On the writing front, Garcia recently penned the “Glow” and “Dungeons and Dragons” comic series with New York Times Bestseller AJ Mendez. Garcia and Mendez recently founded Scrappy Heart Productions “to make diverse heroes the stars of their own stories across media and give the next generation the stories we didn’t have.”

 

When she’s not shooting, Aimee works with MOSTE, a non-profit organization which mentors girls from underserved communities & the National Hispanic Foundation of the Arts, which fosters emerging Latino talent in TV and Film.

 

Garcia keeps her Chicago roots; throwing out the First Pitch at the Cubs game, giving the commencement speech at her high school, founding SOHO House Chicago, visiting Northwestern University (where she graduated with degrees in Economics, Journalism and French) and flying in for a weekend to see her family and friends from middle school. Garcia trained at Piven Theater Workshop in Evanston, danced as “Clara” in Arie Crown Theater’s “The Nutcracker” and started her career doing McDonald’s commercials with Michael Jordan.

 

Garcia is thrilled to continue deepening her roots in Chicago by joining the Red Stars team.

Israel Idonije

Israel Idonije is a retired NFL defensive end, playing 11 years in the league. Idonije spent the majority of his career with the Chicago Bears, racking up nine seasons with the team. He was a part of the Bears roster who appeared in Super Bowl XLI and led the NFL in blocked punts/field goals for three straight seasons (2005-2007). As an entrepreneur Idonije has started a variety of successful business ventures, all founded on his core values of making a positive impact on the world. Idonije also created iF Charities, a nonprofit organization committed to impacting communities by focusing on solutions that teach social and emotional life skills and that provide enriching, life-changing opportunities.

Devin Johnson & Daughter Carys

Devin Johnson and his daughter Carys are partnering together to invest in the Chicago Red Stars. Devin is the Chief Operating Officer of The SpringHill Company, the athlete and artist empowerment company founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter. His prior roles were leading the launch and growth of UNINTERRUPTED which remains a major brand within The SpringHill Company portfolio of brands. Devin also plays a vital role in original content development as an executive producer for The Shop, More Than an Athlete, Elite Youth, and many other UNINTERRUPTED original productions that reside on networks such as HBO, Fox, Netflix, and ESPN Networks. Previously, Devin was the SVP of digital media for Tribune Media and, prior to that, held several digital executive roles at NBCUniversal. 

 

Carys is in 6th grade and enjoys all things arts including acting in plays, singing, and painting.  She also plays on her school’s soccer team.

 

Devin and Carys are Los Angeles residents along with Wife/Mother Dena and brother/son Nicholas. Devin holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. In addition, Devin is on the board of Progressive Insurance (PGR). He also volunteers for the University of Michigan Sport Management Advisory Council and the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Metro LA.

Ken Kaufman

Ken is the majority owner of Rush Street restaurant, LA's sports destination for Chicago fans, as well as gastropub City Tavern, both in downtown Culver City. He produced more than 40 films and miniseries for television at Patchett-Kaufman Entertainment and Telecom Entertainment. He was consultant to Alien Productions, owner of the character ALF, for 25 years. Most important, he is a "girl dad" and now a "girl grandad."

Jordan Levin

Jordan Levin has been instrumental in launching numerous entertainment franchises that have left a lasting impact on popular culture as an enterprising network and studio executive, Emmy-award winning producer, director and digital entrepreneur. Currently, Levin is General Manager of Rooster Teeth, a dynamic media and entertainment company that is a subsidiary of Otter Media, a WarnerMedia company.

 

Previously, Levin served as the CEO of Awesomeness, the NFL’s first Chief Content Officer, and Executive Vice President, General Manager of Microsoft’s nascent Xbox Entertainment Studios division. In 2005, Levin built Generate, a pioneering studio and talent management company. He sold the company to Alloy Digital in 2011 and served as President of the new entity. In 1994, Levin joined The WB Television Network (now The CW) as part of its founding executive team. He became sole President of Programming in 2001 and two years later became the youngest CEO in broadcast television history. Earlier, Levin spent five years as a member of the creative team that revitalized the Disney brand in network television.

After graduating from Columbia College Chicago, Mares began her career at Universal Music Publishing Group in Los Angeles before moving back to the Midwest in 2013 to work with Chance. She is also a strategic advisor and board member for Chicago based 510c3 Humor For Hope, an organization that utilizes improv comedy & group therapy for populations suffering from trauma, illness and displacement.

Jon Moonves

Jon is a senior partner at one of the nation’s premier entertainment law firms, Del, Shaw, Moonves, Tanaka, Finkelstein & Lezcano, where he represents actors, comedians, digital influencers, writers, producers, executives and production entities in all aspects of the motion picture, digital and television industries. Jon was named to the inaugural Variety500, a list of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping global media, as one of the nation’s top entertainment lawyers. Jon also is the Chief Strategy Officer of pocket.watch, a new digital studio he helped launch creating global franchises for Generation Alpha. Prior to that Jon served as President/CEO of Zenimax Studios, a division of famed gaming group ZenimaxMedia/Bethesda Softworks.

 

Jon serves on several advisory boards to New Media companies and charitable organizations and is regularly invited to speak at seminars concerning various topics within the entertainment industry. Scott Power

Scott “Sourdough” Power is co-founder of Crewest Studio, a mission driven content company in Los Angeles dedicated to the creative class and the $2T creative economy. He has worked in visual communication and the creative arts for over 30 years.

​

Scott is a graduate of the AIGA Executive Business Program at Yale University. Over the years, Scott helped launch a medical NGO in Haiti, served on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Medical Assistance to Travelers (IAMAT) in Toronto, Canada and The Center for Biological Diversity in Tucson, AZ. In 2016, Scott earned his professional licensing certification from Licensing International.

Scott is a 2x Ironman triathlon finisher and award-winning entrepreneur. He is the executive producer and host of the popular creative culture podcast NOT REAL ART. Scott holds two design patents and is the author of several books including Bomb The Art World and 100 Top Street Artists.

​

Scott earned his B.A. from Columbia College Chicago and has held key creative and strategic positions in the worlds of publishing, brand marketing, health care and contemporary art. Throughout his career he has worked with top designers, contemporary artists and global Fortune 500 companies to create world class brands, products and content. Scott is involved with his alma mater to this day.

 

While in college, Scott decided to leave civilization altogether, build a rustic log cabin near the Arctic circle and live off the grid like Grizzly Adams. This is how he earned the nickname “Sourdough” and inducted into the venerable Explorers Club along with Ernest Shackleton, Teddy Roosevelt and Neal Armstrong, and other great explorers.

Michael Raimondi

Michael Raimondi is the Managing Director of Union Editorial – a production company he cofounded in the spring of 2003. Union has offices in Los Angeles, New York and Austin, Texas and has a partnership agreement with Marshall Street Editors in London. Union produces commercials, television and feature films and has collaborated on projects for the likes of Netflix, HBO, Hulu and Amazon.

Michael is also the cofounder of Girls Soccer Network which is a lifestyle website and social media platform dedicated to girls soccer. In addition, he sits on the board and is an active member of The Fireflies Cycling club, a non profit that has raised over five million dollars for The City of Hope and the fight against Cancer.

Kendall Coyne Schofield

Kendall is a Palos Heights, Illinois native and longtime member of the United States women's national hockey team. Over the span of her 13 years with USA Hockey, she has captured 21 medals in International Competition. She has won six gold medals at the IIHF World Women's Championships and a gold medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics and an Olympic Silver Medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics. She competed in 9 Four Nations Cups, capturing gold six times. At the age of 15, her Team USA career began when she was named to the United States Under-18 Women’s National Team. She was a captain and 3-time member. She received 2 gold medals and one silver. She is currently the all-time leading scorer in tournament history with 33 points in 15 games. 

​

In addition to her duties with the US Women’s National Team, she is the president and co-founder of the Schofield Family Foundation that her and her husband, Michael Schofield, founded in January of 2019. She is a board member for the Professional Women’s Hockey Players Association (PWHPA), and the founder of the Kendall Coyne Hockey camp which just completed its fifth year. Most recently Kendall was hired by the Chicago Blackhawks as a Player Development Coach and Youth Hockey Growth Specialist. She is the first female player development coach in Blackhawks history. Kendall will continue her broadcast career in various different ways including being a lead analyst for NBC Sports with the Notre Dame Men’s Hockey Team. In her new role, Kendall will continue to train for the United States Women’s National Team in hopes of representing Team USA at the 2022 Olympic Winter Games.

Michael Schofield

Michael Schofield is an Orland Park, Illinois native and guard for the NFL’s Carolina Panthers. In 2020, Schofield saw action in 11 games with three starts at left guard. Prior to his time at the Panthers, Schofield played three seasons for the Los Angeles Chargers from 2017-19. He started in all 16 games in 2018 and 2019 and helped the Chargers rank seventh in total yards (17,867) between 2017 and 2019. In 2019 Schofield ranked 10th among qualified offensive guards in pass blocking grade (76.9) according to PFF. Schofield also spent three seasons with the Denver Broncos from 2014-16 and was part of a Denver offense that won Super Bowl 50.

Sarah Spain

Sarah Spain, a native of Lake Forest, is an Emmy and Peabody Award-winning sports journalist. In addition to her national ESPN Radio show, "Spain and Fitz," and her podcast "That's What She Said with Sarah Spain," Spain is an espnW columnist, a regular panelist on ESPN television's "Around the Horn" and "Highly Questionable," and a frequent contributor to other ESPN properties including "Outside The Lines" and "SportsCenter." 

Prior to her career in journalism, Spain received All-Conference, All-Area, and All-State accolades in high school for basketball, field hockey, and track and went on to be a heptathlete and co-captain of the Track and Field team at Cornell University. Named to the Crain’s Chicago Business “40 Under 40” list in 2017, she's the co-founder of “Hear The Cheers,” which provides hearing aids and equipment to kids so they can continue participating in sports and activities, and is on the board of Embarc, a program that provides community-driven, experienced-based learning opportunities to low-income Chicago high school students.

Marie Tillman

Marie Tillman is an entrepreneur, investor and advisor. She is the co-founder of the Pat Tillman Foundation, a nonprofit organization that empowers military veterans and spouses as the next generation of public and private sector leaders. She served as CEO from 2008-2012 and is now Chairman of the Board. She was the founder and CEO of Mac & Mia, a curated children’s clothing service that was named one of Chicago Crain’s Tech 50 in 2018 and acquired in 2019. Marie is also a sought-after speaker and writer. Her memoir, The Letter, about love, loss and life, was released in June 2012.was released in June 2012.

 

Marie lives outside Chicago with her husband Joe, their four boys Joey, Johnny, Sam and Mac and their daughter Frankie.

Brian is the lead investor for several members of the Walsh family, owners of a construction services company founded and headquartered in Chicago in 1898. Brian’s great-grandfather came to Chicago to work as a carpenter at the World’s Columbian Exposition of 1893, an event now represented as one of the four red stars on Chicago’s flag.

Kevin went on to be the founding CEO of 1871, one of the top-ranked startup incubators in the world. Currently, Kevin is a Partner at Chicago Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital fund. Willer was named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ “40 Under 40” list in 2011 and their 2012 “Tech 50” list. In 2016, he was a founding member of the US Soccer Development Council in Chicago supporting our US National Teams and in 2018, Kevin joined the Board of Directors of the Chicago Fire Foundation.

David Zapata

David M. Zapata is CEO and Founder of Zapwater Communications, an award-winning integrated communications agency specializing in lifestyle brands with offices in Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami. Zapata is a public relations executive with diverse government, political and agency experience. He has advised clients ranging from major consumer brands to Fortune 500 companies and technology start-ups to elected officials. At Zapwater, he continues to work with a unique blend of clients in a wide variety of categories including numerous global and trendsetting lifestyle brands. Zapata also advises international governments in economic development, tourism management issues and marketing. 

 

Zapata also uses his experience to champion numerous social causes. He serves on the board of directors of Beat the Streets Chicago, an organization dedicated to building character, discipline and self-esteem in Chicago youth through their participation in wrestling, and Enlace, an organization that empowers local churches in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nepal and Nicaragua to transform their communities. He was also recently named Volunteer of the Year by Oak-Leyden Developmental Services.
