Back To It: The Red Stars have had a long season of injuries and absences, creating a much more difficult second half of the season after ending a nine-game unbeaten streak in July. However, the Red Stars put up an impressive fight against top ranked Kansas City, ending a 13-game unbeaten streak for the Current and a five-game win streak in away games. The Red Stars now look to extend their unbeaten streak to four games against the Houston Dash.
Hello, Old Friends: Unlike Kansas City, the Houston Dash is not an expansion team and has been in the NWSL since 2014, giving the Red Stars plenty of opportunities to face off on the pitch.
